คุณแคล หรือ “พลอยแคล” เริ่มต้น SOUL COACH เพื่อสร้างพื้นที่ให้ผู้คนได้ค้นพบศักยภาพและเป้าหมายชีวิตของตนเองอย่างแท้จริง หลังจากพบว่าหลายคนใช้ชีวิตตามความคาดหวังของผู้อื่นจนหลงลืมความต้องการของตัวเอง คุณแคลเริ่มจากการให้คำปรึกษาแบบตัวต่อตัว และพบว่าแต่ละคนมีปัญหาคล้ายกัน เช่น ความไม่มั่นใจและความไม่ชัดเจนในเส้นทางชีวิต จึงพัฒนาต่อยอดเป็น Community ที่เน้นการลงทุนกับ “การพัฒนาคน” เพราะเชื่อว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงของคนหนึ่งคน สามารถส่งต่อพลังบวกไปสู่ผู้อื่นเพื่อพัฒนาสังคมที่ดีขึ้นได้

Statement
Khun Klae, also known as “Ploy Klae”, founded SOUL COACH to create a space for people to discover their true potential and life purpose. She recognized that many people live according to others’ expectations, losing touch with their own needs. Starting with one-on-one coaching, she found common challenges like low self-confidence and unclear life direction. This led to the creation of a community focused on investing in human development. She believes that personal transformation can inspire positive change in society.
