Taapang (ทาปัง) คือร้านขนมปังที่เราไม่ได้อยากให้แค่มากินแล้วก็จบ แต่เราอยากให้ทุกคนได้ “สนุก” ไปกับมันด้วย ทุกวันนี้ร้านขนมปังมีเยอะมาก แต่เราอยากทำอะไรที่ไม่เหมือนเดิม เลยให้ลูกค้าได้ลองเพ้นท์ ตกแต่งขนมปัง ครัวซองต์ หรือโดนัทด้วยตัวเอง เหมือนได้เล่น ได้สร้างอะไรเล็ก ๆ ของตัวเองขึ้นมา สุดท้ายมันเลยไม่ใช่แค่การกินขนม แต่เป็นช่วงเวลาสนุก ๆ ที่อยากกลับมาอีก
