งาน “ เผย แพร่ (PHEI PHRAE) ” คืองาน Event ที่จัดขึ้นเพื่อ เปิดเผยตัวตนของจังหวัดแพร่ ผ่านมุมมองใหม่ที่ผสมผสานระหว่าง ศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม และวิถีชีวิตของผู้คนในจังหวัดแพร่ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้คนรุ่นใหม่ เกิดการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อทำให้จังหวัดเล็ก ๆ อย่างจังหวัดแพร่ ไม่ใช่แค่เมืองทางผ่าน แต่กลายเป็นจุดหมายใหม่ด้านศิลปะและการท่องเที่ยว สร้างความภาคภูมิใจให้คนในจังหวัด และดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวจากจังหวัดใกล้เคียง จนต่อยอดให้แพร่มีชื่อเสียงและเป็นที่รู้จักมากขึ้น
